I had a serious fall when I tripped at night on the street. One of my knees was scratched badly. When I was back home, I felt the chest pain. I don't recall that my chest was hitting the ground but it may be strained when I was turning my body around to avoid damaging my camera in one of my pockets. I still feel the pain 3 days after and I could not sleep on the side that hurts.

Coughing and sneezing is a problem that causes too much pain and I guess that is good for my lungs.

My ankle has been problem free.
