up state New York is fine, avoid NYC in all cost, too dangerous.

You see, the Avengers, Spiderman, Dare Devil, Fantastic Four, and Superman, Batman, etc, they always choose NYC as their battlefield with Aliens, or super villains. As commoners as most of us, we don't want to be caught in between. Save yourselves, leave NYC.
