quite a few years ago tv "inside edition" showed there's one civil group focusing on one job:

openly insulting, abusing police in public, with own video photographer team and lawyers available, prepared tobe arrested.

i hope this group still exists and more can follow them, some think it wen ttoo far, i dont think so:

law enforcement has great power and so difficult to check it (how many rogue cops be punished?), intentionally abusing insulting them is a very effective way to remind them to behave, use their power rationally ands trictly according to law
