Ping pong is great, suitable for all ages. Outdoor is always better than indoor. No need for gym, simply walking is great. Hiking of course even better .Park far away from stores, carrying things to car. Try standing more instead of sitting…. Even we are all addicted to computers, still once a while get up and look far way. Mental excercises, how about puzzles or sodoku, social activities, volunteering is nice….
