I found this from the la superiorcout websit( see http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/traffic/delinquent.htm#d). My question is: The court already dismissed my case, but according to the website, I still have to deal with the GC service (who is responsible for collecting the money own to the court). My understanding is I do not own anything to the court because of dismissed case, then how should I respond to the GC service? If in any case I have to pay the money or my house will be in danger, is there any place for me to complain or simply get an answer to my question (the court won't answer any question)? Thanks again.
