I'd bet money on the fact that if at the very
begining, there is ever such public disclaimer,
the book would never ever take off.

I disagree the "不言自明" part. Even car commercials
with outrageous claims such as the "ultimate
driving machine" have fine prints.

One can not just shrung off gross nelegence by
declaring something "不言自明".

One more thing, why use the "Harvard" name for the
book? To many, the impact of "Harvard" name and
the intend of using that name is also
"不言自明"...
