Three Chinese policemen have been reprimanded after arresting a couple for hugging in public.
The couple were celebrating Qi Xi, the Chinese Valentines Day, (seeing as Xi apparently can mean "happiness", I presume "Qi Xi" actually refers to people's happiness about the forthcoming series of QI) when they cuffed and fined 5,000 yuan.
Meanwhile, in Bosnia, 6,980 couples have broken the world simultaneous kissing record previously held by a hungarian event in June which boasted 12,800 kissers.
The town of Tuzla has a large muslim population who protested that public exposure of love was contrary to Islamic tradition.
