It is impossible for a chinese and an indian to make deals. Peter Russells said so. But you successfully defeated that prejudice.
Naan definitely distinguishes itself from other Indian foods as we can tell what it is made of. Rava dosa/masala dosa is another favourite of mine, besides Naan. But rather unfortunately, only restaurants serving southern Indian food serve it.
And of course anything made of eggplants is good.
