Culture is made by people. Saying it's the culture that requires executing a murderer is an excuse. It's the people make the decision to kill him and have this decision executed.
Regarding "life for life", it should be a decision made by close relatives of the murder victim. Not the society. SO this is another excuse.
I know my opinion doesn't count, becasue it's my personal opinion. Let me elaborate: if locking him up for life I will pay for the cost of keeping him in jail for many years, if set him free I will spend more money to move to safer neigborhood becasue he may kill someone else maybe myself or someone I care. SO I say let the guy die...well he does not have to be a murderer actually isn't it?
