I'd like to hear expert opinion on this.
A problem of SB seems to be the scar -
"Soon after birth, surgeons close the opening. But that leaves scar tissue that can cause later neurological problems. Kids have to be operated on as they grow to trim away the scar tissue."

HHS has directed us to here

and that technique has been successfully used for removing scars.
Can the same technique be applied to remove the scars related to SB?
If this is nonsense, blame me. If this makes some sense the credit goes to HHS.
btw, I forwarded the link above to a friend with scars from burning. She plans to have the surgery using that technique to remove her scars and "have a whole new life". The credit goes to HHS.
