Mu got an offer of 4 positions:
1) Senior Investigator Faculty (Professorship)
2) Chief Scientist
3) Radiologist
4) Mentor in Doctoral and Postdoctoral Programs

Googled the phrase 'I would like to offer you the following positions' and got only 3 results. Mu's letter is the only uncached page.
