两篇文章相似度90%以上，公式图片以及结果就像是copy下来的，一模一样。且国内会议这篇文章在reference中并没有说引用了Gourieroux这篇文章！！！擅自拿来充当会议文章，诚意何在？！

其中作者之一还是University of Texas-Pan American的Assistant Professor!!
