　　数学类中的疑似灌水期刊是被搞控制理论的人糟蹋了

　　昨天拜读了初出茅庐的文章《数学类中的疑似灌水期刊——揭开SCI神秘的
面纱》，完全支持本文作者的观点，其提供的下列期刊确实在近年存在灌水现象：

　　Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications， 
　　Chaos, Solitons and Fractals， Applied Mathematics and Computation，
　　Nonlinear Analysis: Theory, Methods & Applications， 
　　Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics，
　　Computers and Mathematics with Applications，
　　Physics Letters A，
　　Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications。

　　上面这些期刊有些创刊时间较长，如 《Journal of Mathematical 
Analysis and Applications 》，历史上好多大家也在这上面发表文章。但是近
年这个期刊确实已经很垃圾了，中国人的文章太多了，而且多是灌水文章。 圈
内的人可以发现，上述期刊有许多从事控制理论的人发表的文章， 如 Physics 
Letters A 就有好多神经网络、遗传算法方面的文章。同样上述几个其他期刊遍
布混沌控制、时滞控制、 神经网络控制、遗传算法、模糊控制、网络控制等大
量文章，这些主题的许多文章在主流控制期刊如Automatica，IEEE transaction 
Automatic Control， SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization， Systems 
and Control Letters 是发表不出来的， 所以打个擦边球是最好的选择。 至今
为止，上述期刊登载的许多基础数学方面的文章还是值得一看的，是某些不自重
的控制人搞坏了这些期刊的名誉。
