　　高薪聘任刘大海博士做院长有失安徽大学的水准

　　方先生，您好！

　　早在今年初就听说安徽大学生命科学学院现任院长刘大海博士与前任院长张
部昌博士的争论，没有太在意。最近，在新语丝上看到3篇ahulife98发表的文章，
再仔细查看刘大海在2007-2012六年时间发表的文章，深切感到，安徽大学高薪
聘任刘大海博士作为院长实在有失安徽大学的水准！

　　按照常规评价一个人的学术水平主要依据其近五年的研究成果，刘大海博士
应当是在2012年中间某个阶段应聘安徽大学生命科学学院院长的，从PubMed上检
索刘大海博士在2007-2012六年间发表论文如下：

　　六年间，刘大海博士仅仅发表过三篇论文，而且论文所发表杂志的影响因子
都不高，也只有一篇发表在PLoS One杂志上的论文为刘大海博士署名第一（另两
篇为中间作者）。

　　安徽大学是国家“211工程”重点建设大学，学院院长不同于公司经理，学
术水平理应非常注重。高薪聘任刘大海博士担任生命科学学院院长，实在有失安
徽大学的水准！真不知道，安徽大学学术委员会和校领导是如何把关的！
