　　中科院水保所精英们的剽窃

　　方先生：

　　附上两篇文章，英文版是完全抄袭中文版的，而抄袭者前三位都是中科院水
保所的精英们。上官周平为原土壤侵蚀与旱地农业国家重点实验室的常务副主任，
雷霆武为现在的重点室主任，邵明安为原重点室主任，现在为水土保持研究所所
长。为了掩盖他们的抄袭，作者们将原作的玉米改为高粱，且把文中的折线图改
为柱状图等，作为科研人员，尤其是领导，竟然做出如此卑劣的事情。真不知道
中科院竟培养如此的领导。还竟然署上中国科技部的资助，希望能对这些卑劣的
人进行严厉的处罚。
