2007年杰青候选人华林教授SCI论文调查

　　在ISI Web of Science上对武汉理工大学教授、2007年杰青候选人华林（原
武汉汽车工业大学教授，研究领域：精密塑性成形理论、方法和技术基础研究）
的SCI论文做了一次检索，发现截至"Aug 2007"该杰青候选人的SCI收录论文为10
篇，引用次数仅6次。通过Elsevier网进一步发现2007年6月发表的4篇论文应全
是会议论文，该会议的名称为"3rd International Conference on Advanced 
Forming and Die Manufacturing Technology"，于2006年9月在韩国召开，出版
在JOURNAL OF MATERIALS PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY刊物上（该刊影响因子：
0.615，华林教授共在该刊物上发表6篇文章。不知在材料成形及相关领域是否为
顶级期刊？）。外行人的疑问：这样"杰出"的track record在该教授的研究领域
是否已经处于国际/国内"领先水平"？是否已经达到普遍的杰青水平？如果是，
笔者算是门外汉一个。如果不是，正像凯尔在＜国家自然科学基金到底有多少水
份？＞中所发的感慨，本人亦对国内目前的科研环境异常担忧。
